So I decided to continue doing research, well because when I plan an event such as "Crash the site" I like to know the numbers were dealing with and what is possible.
Note: These are approximation as we cannot know 100% sure the actual number of active/inactive members. Starting in January 2012 we will be doing a census every 3 months or 6months.
Note: this can be used as a way to measure growth and or shrinking of the xiled community. I will add links to graphs as soon as more information is gathered, for sets of results.
XBOXLIVE GAMER DIVISION

Census As of 6/4/2011
Total Active Members: ~2295
Total Inactive members: ~573
Total Active Clans: 69
Total inactive/shutdown, non updated clans: 14
Now then this is just XGC, this also does not include members not registered on a clan list/ usergroup. This does not include Section leaders or Higher. This does include Recruits.
The Following are the 14 clans which did not have recent information for 2 months or more:
