Aren't we the ones who control the quality of members joining XGC. We are generals and we should train our captains on who we want in XGC. So this shouldn't be an issue.

That is why we have a recruitment/screening process.

i only voted that the quality of our new members as most important because i'm general in one of if not the only clans to never be hit...and like you said its our job and the captains to make sure someone is ok...and at least once a week i hear about so and so hit a clan and he/shes not allowed back in xgc...we need to make sure we're not promoting douches up to captain/general and usually not even let them in the clan...me, my co-general, and our captains all joined xg at about the same time and we were all friends beforehand...thats why i trust them to do things right...and obviously my trust was well placed...just my thoughts though guys...i hear too often of clans getting hit and how many people get booted for various other violations of a simple honor code...

I know man, But I vote for the top one. I can never get in touch with mine and he never responds to messages, never attends meetings, never shows forum activity, nothing. It may not be a problem for you, but it has been for me.

So I just kinda do my own thing and have given up trying to get anything out of him.

Pissy I know, but true.

hey super i know what you mean man. but look things might be more than they seem like he might have things that he needs to do, that are preventing him from doing what he has to do. You never know. there are many possiblities to the reason so. just give it time nd keep trying. eventually you will see results.

I beleive that the most important thing for a clan is to keep the recruits in and to keep everyone interested. The people of the clan need to play with the recruits to get them interested. Also the everyone need to spend a good chunk of their game time playing with their other clan members and get to know everybody. THis will improve people exitement and pride at being in the clan and will increase activity which would increase the overall quality of the clan. Another important thing to urge your clan members to at least visit the site so they can memorize the honor code and rank structure. Ive been in so many situations when privates dont know the honor code and they have recruits and it makes it look like knowing the honor code is not important.

well philsim im sorry i have other meetings i need to attend, that's why i wanted to hold the meetings at 9 but everyone was *****ing about it. So i can't help it if i can't make the meetings. I try but i can't make them all

I know you have the important generals meetings during ours. Weve just been using the same time for meetings that Jesus decided to use back in the very start of November and never decided to change. Its cool though me and Meteora have it under control
