Am I just slow, or did I miss the memo on the updates on our XGC honor code. Has everyone seen this?

What is this crap about not being able to glitch or super bounce to gain an ufair advantage?

That's part of the game. Does anyone agree with this. Are we grandfathered in because I accepted the original honor code? Can someone please fill me in on this?

I understand that, but it says glitching and super jumping to gain an unfair advantage. That is a very vague statement. It doesnt mention any perticular game type either, it only states in matchmaking.

Also why was there no message sent to generals and captains notifying us of this change?

Super Bouncing and glitching are part of the game. Even on Bungie website it states that it is not cheating.

Yep i like the Beretta. i dont own one but i do have 3 shotguns 2 rifles and a handgun. not all to my name tho because in ohio you have to be 21 to buy a handgun so my uncle got that for me but i do own a 1913 pump action shotgun that was used in the first world war.

Oh off course. What is it a Bushmaster or something? I have a bushmaster AR15, but mine is not the M4, mine is a dissapater. I have the A3 top receiver (flat top) and the only difference in the M4 and dissapator is the thickness of the barrell and the fore grip style, muzzle flash supressor and such. I love it and my Romanian AK-47, both semi autos. All legal so don't worry. I have 2 shotguns, a Marlin 30-30 lever action, Henry .22 lever action, Winchester m94 .357 mag lever action, Marlin .22 semi auto rifle, Rem 710 model .270 bolt action and I think thats it, can't remember right now.

Handguns: Colt King Cobra .357 mag Double Action, Ruger Sp101 .357 mag DA, Uberti 1873 .357 mag single action, Ruger Old model .22LR single six, Beretta M92 9.mm semi auto, 1942 Remington Rand .45 acp 1911 (straight out of WWII), CZ 75B 9mm semi auto, Bersa Thunder .380 acp semi auto, Beretta Tom cat .32 auto, and I think thats it. I hope so.

Love everyone of these guns. Save now, so when you are 21 you can invest in your future. haha.

Ok I just noticed that change this morning when I was recruiting another member. To the best of my knowledge it's like Zealot said, if not then I've broken the honor code. So until I hear different that's the way I'm going to take that rule.

Every time I ever gave a speech I always said that. I don't think its an update. Even when I was recruited into XGC Empires back in the day, they included it in their speech as well. Its a given. Besides wouldn't you rather win because of skill?

Personally, I don't use super bounces that often, really not at all during matchmaking. I just don't like the fact that the honor code was changed without any warning given or detail explanation about it.

I agree with you, that skill is what matters, but Bungie has declared that glitching and super bouncing are part of the game and will continue to be. So how is that part of cheating?

I print of the honor code and read it from a sheet of paper when recruiting, I don't need to read it off of the website. I have a LT come to me and tell me that it is changed and I have no notice sent to me or even on the Weekly updates. Even on the Weekly Updates forum, the old honor code is there, not the new one.

No big deal, just stating my opinion.

hey blood i donno if that would qualify but i think it would because it would give you an unfair advantage again because unlike everyone else you would just fly across with the flag instead of walking. so i still believe that to be unfair. But hey i'm just stating what i think i don't know for sure though.

It's a glitch in the gaming, not intended to be in the normal gameplay. XGC is all about honorable gaming.

Like I said earlier, I don't disagree with you on this. But the reason I was upset is that no one notified any one on the change. It wasn't even posted in the weekly update section. I don't even use super bounces in ranked matchmanking anyways because I destroy so much. It just would have been nice to be notified on changes like this.
