Promoting should be taken seriously anyway. How often do you hear about someone getting booted and changing their gamer tag to try and hit a squad to get back at the people who booted him/her? People often times get promoted too fast and those trying to hit the squads are dependent on this. However if the promotions are given correctly then they should be helping the squad. Running meetings, posting the squad list, and conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times. If you make sure that they put their time in, and are helping the squad, then how dumb does this make them look, helping the squad their trying to hit? Especially when the higher ups say that when it comes to squad hitting, they don't care! It's just another friends list, one that we keep a copy of on the forums. Then on top of it, that person has to pay extra money to do that too? What a joke. But like SPINZ said, don't give promotions, let them earn it. This way a lot of the problems in XG will be avoided, so you see, promotions should be taken seriously, both by the people giving them, and by the people wanting them.

Nuh-uh! All the appropriate people have recieved the appropriate funds and I even threw in, at Spinz' and Hylanders' request, autographed pictures of me on the Dance Dance mat wearing only a headset! The pictures alone should get me on the council, but I'm not that ambitious.
But u should never have to ask for a promotion your leadership should show it all to the right people !!!!!!!
