1. A photo-editing program such as Photoshop or GIMP.
I use Photoshop often to edit images and make minor tweaks such as cropping, resizing, and adding text. I also use it to make moving gif images and signatures.

2. Minimum experience of at-least 1 month.
2 years experience with Photoshop CS6

3. Must submit your own original work starting with 3-5 images.
I have 1 picture and 3 gifs that I couldn't get to upload properly so I have posted links to them below.

6. Must show the ability to work well with a team.
Always a team player :D

7. Must be able to give and take constructive criticism.
Always

8. Must be willing to participate in projects and design requests if accepted to the team.
Excited to apply my graphic design skill to further this community

I went ahead and started working on a picture from the test images post and the God of War was the first one I decided to edit. Once again it is a gif so I will have to post a link rather than attaching the pic sorry. :(

PS: It's more work but I like to make moving images much more than still ones, but in the future I may just stick to stills just depending on the amount of time I have on my hands.

I like the fact that you are exploring animation, that is definately a realm of design that many dont try to achieve for a long time. So thats awesome. What i would like to see from your application, is more use adjustments to focus on your tones with render image and your background (whether stock or custom) i would like to see good image quality of the render you choose and likewise for background and then try to achieve flow from the focal you create with your image placement and relation to the text. You can create good blending with use of a gradient map, and insert layers accordingly and use adjustment layers above your render to make it more prominent.
