i think that once a week that some one should be able to win something, it would improve on alot of other things also
i already sent all the active xi's a message way ahead of you guys ive been waiting for a motivated change for a long time i hope this is it im going to do my best those of you that know me know how persistent i am

Yu should have waited nd brought it up the ranks talk to the xs and xd first see what they think ideas are great but they are plentiful guys
you couldn't be more right...but this is just things we can and would like to do. it's not like were planning to have all of these things changed over night. were just trying to make the sight better and a fun place to go and talk to friends/ fellow gamers
This is a prbolem I feel we need to focus oon. An exmaple being Green Squad in KoG Crusade. We currently have 11 people in our squad but only 4 of us are really active and show up
that all depends on you guys as a unit recruit more ppl and always talk to the ppl in your squad if you want that to change.
tell your captain to update the squad. and double check if everyones in the usergroup
if they go on but dont want to play or participate on meetings, tell your captain to join their party or message them saying reply back if you still want to be part of XG. Im somewhat new to this captain rank but i had to replace a captain for his schooling and i removed around 7-10 members cause they didn't want to participate.
cause id rather play and watch 4 members be active in forums and meetings than 15 inactive ones. not everybody is for XG.
If you mean active as in on the forums then in all honesty 4 out of 11 is fairly good compared to some of the clans I've seen here. Sure it could be better but just under 40% is decent enough.
If you mean active as in participating in clan events then that's something for your clan to focus on

Yea but if you dont even have 50% partaking in the forum stuff then thats not good...
If you have under 50% you need help big time or you need to find better people...
or just have a kick A site !
Rusty, I'm not too sure about that... I've never heard of a clan where 50% or better are on the forums. My clan's forums are very healthy compared to what I've seen and I'd say only a third of my clan actually posts. It's tough to get people on the site, but once they're on and see it's not that bad they usually post more after that.
As far as addressing the xi's, someone said you should start with your chain of command. Using your XS, XD, etc.
I know of a few times I've brought ideas up to general's and they've been like "nope. not gonna happen. [big speech about why it won't happen]. so, ya see, it's a bad idea." and then it gets dropped like a backpack full of bricks. The XI's can say to the person below them "hey, make this happen," and it will happen.
Simple ideas that have popular vote behind them shouldn't get shot down if it's not going to hurt day-to-day operations... so, one's best bet is to msg the XI's straight up. If this were a problem, the Honor Code wouldn't have the "Open Door Policy" that clearly states that issues can be sent up to whomever. Granted, simple, menial problems should be handled at the lowest level... but when one of my guys has a big idea, there's only so much I can do about it.
In some cases, an XS/XD can be your worst enemy. Some of them, especially the key ones, you know are going to do everything they can to stop you in your tracks.

The reason you still go through the ranks is that if you bring nonsense up to the council you arent gunna want to see their reaction to it.
Your very own XS/XD is always their for YOU.
Galactus you had a uniquely bad run in and you cant let that stop you from still using the rank structure.

@ highlight, I wasn't referring to one run in. The zeus thing is absolutely the prime example of my point, but I'm referring to a broad spectrum of issues that I've heard tales of between all the branches and multi-media section.

@prime I think thats a good thing that they are doing ... when it crashes the site they can redo it have an even bigger reason to
@G's first post.... That is just IMO im not saying its right thats what i would like to see since the clan i was in before XGC had over 50% posting in there forums.

SPAM THIS VIA Xbox Live if it already hasn't been, also if you are really trying to make this happen, Send a message to 007 cause I'm pretty sure he runs the XG Facebook and Have him invite everyone on the XG Facebook to a Event Invite for this cause some people go on Facebook a lot more, this could actually very well work!
