I think its a good Idea for military members personally. It would be hard to get actual confirmation if they are or were in active duty without personal information. I guess you would just have to trust them.

Yeah thats typical gameplay of everyone really online because Everbody wants the xp and points for capturing the flag, they lose the motive of actually wanting to win the game. I think two per flag is plenty.
