    Hi everyone, merry Christmas and a happy new year!!!
    I still cannot connect to xbox live, my account has now been forwarded to the investigation team to see if my account has been blocked I should hear back within three days so I won't be on over the holidays so I hope yous all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year :) xx
