    Here is a structure you can use to run your meeting:

    • Promotions & Hospitality

    • New members & new ideas (anything you would like to let your members know)

    • Activity (whether it be on the website or game)

    • Any issues (if there is an issue with a member bring them into a private chat)

    • Anything you would like out of the clan

    • Things that can be improved in the clan

    • Clan information (Any information you want your members to know)

    • Clan events

    Relationships and leadership in XG
    In an effort to eliminate drama and keep any kind of favoritism or feelings from influencing decisions XG does not allow husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend or immediate family to directly report. We realize that with the amazing members we have at some point you might find the person who completes your life but in the event that you do we require you to notify a leader so one of you can be moved to either another squad or clan . The rank structure is intended to be folowed without personal feeling or emotional decisions affecting directions of our clans.

    How to post a squad list:

    First you create a thread for a squad list you click on “Post New Thread”
    Next you click on the “Prefix” and select a “Squad List”(color) whatever color you want to use. Then you put your squad’s name for the title Example: Valiant Squad

    DON’T POST IN THIS THREAD!!!

    (SQUAD NAME GOES HERE)

    Captain
    Example 1

    Lieutenant
    Example 1

    Sergeants (3)
    Example 1
    Example 2
    Example 3

    Privates (4)
    Example 1
    Example 2
    Example 3
    Example 4

    Recruits (2)
    Example 1
    Example 2

    Remember you need to update your squad list every 1st & 15th of each month. You do this by going to the bottom of your squad list post and select “Edit Post” All names must be in alphabetical order!

    1. Do I know the role and responsibility of the position I want?
    2. Do I particiate on the forum and game online with my clan frequently?
    3. Do I do anything to make the clan better or grow?
    4. How much do I really know about a XG? Do I really know my Chain of Command and how to use it?
    5. Am I really ready to be a leader and what does leadership mean to me?
