I had an idea, maybe we can use a binder or organizer of some sort, have at least 8 divders, first section would be the honor code, second section would be the rank structure, third section would be the squad lists updated, fourth section would be a star system where you star on people for going to meetings, using the website alot, and helping out the clan. the fifth section would be miscellaneous where you write down myspaces, email address, telephone numbers, etc. the sixth section would be a banlist(recommend for Generals or higher) print it out and have it with you when handy. the seven section would be the XiledGaming Leadership list where the Section Leaders and above are posted. Lastly, the eigth section would be notes section where you can write notes on people getting banned, promotions in the clan, writing up squad lists every 5-7 days(depending on how you write them in your time) and helping members getting registered to the website. This really helped me on getting organized and communicating the squads with authority and Responsibility. Go ahead guys and gals give it a shot.
