XILED GAMING PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
RECRUIT
A recruits will be voted on by their peers and asked to join XG as a private in a squad if they accept the honrocode and are a quality gamer.
PRIVATE
Privates are required to register on the website and be active in the squad as a private for a min. 10 to 14 days before they can be promoted to Sergeant. A Private should not be promoted if they are not registered on the forums and active in the squad.
SERGEANT
Sergeants must meet all their responsibilities as well as hold their rank for a min. of 2 weeks. They must also show they want to be part of the XG leadership.
LIEUTENANT
Lieutenants assist Captains and should be trained as their replacement. They must hold their rank a min. of 21 days month and only be promoted based on the needs of the squad or if their Captain is being promoted ahead of them as long as they properly trained.
CAPTAIN
Captains become eligible for a promotion after holding their rank for a min. of 30 days, training their replacement, meeting all their responsibilities, running successful squads, being a positive role model for their clan and the community, being active in game and the forums and is properly evaluated by Section Leaders.
GENERAL
Generals are recommended for promotion by the Section Leaders and must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a General for a min. of 4 months
2. Running a large successful clan that is properly structured and ready to start a second
3. Being active in game and on the forums
4. Participating in the Generals meetings by running them on a regular basis
5. Communicating well verbally by spamming messages from the leaders and posting on the forums
6. Having a replacement
7. Showing dedication, loyalty and commitment to the community
8. Attending any classes for leadership or other training that may be required of their rank.
9. Being fair but firm and making sound decisions
10. Working with other Generals and Sections Leaders as a Team
11. Behaving in a professional manner at all times
12. Using common sense and passing the evaluation from the Leadership in the community.
SECTION LEADERS (XS)
Section Leaders are recommended for promotion by Division Leaders and must meet all the criteria of all lower ranks as well as the following:
1. Run 2 to 4 squads successfully with the proper clan structure
2. Display sound judgment and decision making in all aspects of their online gaming. (this includes in game, on the forums and in pre-game lobbies)
2. Have a replacement to fill their position
3. Attend the leadership or any other class required by the leadership of the community
4. Give 100% commitment to helping run Xiled Gaming.
DIVISION LEADERS (XD)
Division Leaders are promoted via a vote by Community Leaders and Council only upon proving they are committed to the growth and well being of the community and all of it's members as well as being a direct influence on it's growth by promoting it in the online gaming world.
COMMUNITY LEADERS (XL)
Community Leaders are promoted by a unanimous vote of the council after displaying the highest degree of dedication, commitment and loyalty to the whole of Xiled Gaming. A community leader must be an Ambassador for XG!!
THE COUNCIL OF LEADERS
Sorry but you're stuck with the XI unless you decide to turn into a jackass. In that case you will get two words not to letters for your promotion. LOL!!
