This is a hit and run from South Florida. I hope you enjoyed the snow this past winter, and just think of the sticky humidity this summer.
Hello, yes, I appear to have been transferred to the next available representative. The previous operator informed me that you have all the information I’ll need and can help me find a new home — which honestly sounds less like a clan and more like I’m applying for witness protection.
Quick recap of my case file: I was in XGC Apocalypse under Cage (who has been on sabbatical since dinosaurs roamed Xbox Live). I attempted to return a couple years ago, but was told to contact Cage, who remains harder to find than a working Red Ringed 360. My section leader is also MIA, and the last guy I asked for directions got banned — so needless to say, your customer service pipeline has been an adventure.
At this point, I’m not entirely sure if I’m rejoining XGC or signing up for a timeshare, but hey — let’s see where this goes. How do we proceed, O Keeper of the Info?
