all generals if or when u r gona try and make a transfer please make sure u do it write go to there general then have ur section leader and their section leader meet up and make the disission dont just do it, its against the rules and another thing u can not request a transfer just cuz u like the guy and ur convinsing him to join ur clan thats pouching make sure its cuz this guy who is coming to ur clan is transfering cuz ur in dessperet need of help and this member can really make a difference the only other reason for a transfer is because ur member just is not adapting to ur community and u have no choice but to transfer him but still follow the writeroad on going through there general then there section leader and ur section leader thx for reading this and go do it write. P.S keep building ur clans and do it the XGC way if anyone ever has a question about anything please do ask me i have been around for a long time and watching XGC since it was born so i no whats up.

This is good for the new Generals to know, If someone comes to you and asks to xfer to your clan, the best thing you can do is the tell this person to talk to his General first before he comes to you. Both Generals should be aware that this individual wants a transfer and both generals must agree upon it before they even bring it to the SL. The General in the other Clan must always be the one to approach you about someone wanting to xfer into your clan. I myself had a SL tell me that a person wanted to Xfer out of my clan and I tell you I did not like that. He did not do it the proper way to Get Xfer. If anyone does not know how some of processes work just come talk to me or get a hold of anything other General for I am sure that they are always willing to help even if they are not your general.
Also remember this, if the transfer is WITHIN YOUR SECTION, then the transfer can be completed just between the generals of the two clans. As long as the transfer is something the two generals and the person being transferred can agree on, its all good.
p.s.-Its also a good thing to let your section leader know so they can keep track of what is going on their clans.
I'm not sure where you heard this from, but no, it is not OK to do a transfer if it is in the same section. Technically, Section Leaders are responsible for the success of ALL XGC clans, not just the ones in their "section." Generals are NEVER to approve transfers without XL's from BOTH squads there. If it is one XL over both squads, he/she needs to be there.
While it is important to follow the chain of command, it is NOT ALWAYS necessary to go through a General before the Section Leader for a transfer. If the General is involved as a reason for that person wanting a transfer, it may be OK to go straight to the XL.
Again, Generals do not approve/deny transfers between squads. Section Leader's must make the decision! If Generals continue to do this, their leadership qualities will be reviewed and proper action taken.

My bad on that one, I just quickly scimmed throught it and never really read the whole thing, thanks for clearing that one up for me.
Also, if someone wants to transfer in to your clan: just thank them for there interest , explain the proper procedures on transfers, and send them back to the general. Do not get involved beyond stating what the proper procedures are without hearing from all generals/ xl. Don't assume anything.
Thats usually what I say I get alot of request for transfers and I tell them to go to their General. Sometimes I will PM all parties needed to be involved and take it from there.
Yea and a transfer should be for a good reason. Like if a clan needs help and your general or section leader gives you the option of going to that clan for help. But if it is because all your friends are in there than 7/10 times your not going to get the tranfer.
Well its different in every section. I believe, though this doesn't control my decisions, that people have more fun playing if they are with their friends. They are happier and in a more natural environment. That's just my thought.
Yeah i had a transfer recently and i took it to the sl just because i couldnt get ahole of the general but then the sl got the general to get ahold of me so all in all everyone was approached and thats how it should be. Of course the general is going to have to know if someone is coming to his squad and the sl needs to know if someone is coming to his section.
