One of the items that we have received feedback on from XSs, generals, and other members of XGC is that there needs to me more opportunities to game with XDs and higher. Although we have made it clear, on several occasions, that we, as XDs are always up to game with folks, we have not gotten many invitations.
So to get the ball rolling, we we have came up with the following plan. Over the next couple of months, (starting the week of September 24th, we are wanting to set up a meeting/game night with each XS and their clans. We certainly want the leadership of the clans (gens, capts, lts) to be there, but the event can be open to all. The idea is that this will be an "Ask the XD,", game with fame, and game night all rolled into one. The game or games will be up to you and your clans.
The night and time is also up to when you and your leaders can make it. We would like to keep it to two events per week. So there will be a sign up thread in my XD forum. When you have had a chance to come up with a date, just post in the thread. After we get going you may need to have a couple of dates in mind, just in case someone already has the one you selected.
In order for this to be successful and worth while, we need everyone one to commit to making it happen. That means XDs, XSs, and clan members. This should be a great opportunity to show embrace the community part of XGC, so let's make it happen.
