Well since I don't know what clan you are in I cannot give you direct links to remedy your problem.
But in your own clan forum you will see a "sub-forum".
XGC Viper XL has posted all the instructions there. But I'll help you out if you can't find it.
In the thread called "Squad List" you input this code.

Go read the FAQ's it makes it very simple.
you reply to thread so mods can just go through and make the post together so the forums are not cluttered in there and so it show straight affect on the website
