Well the US may not have been able to advance to the quarter finals in the world cup but we did put up a fight against Belgium in a 2-1 loss. But Our goalie did set a new record for saves during a World Cup Game with 16 saves during this game. Hopefully we will make it further in 2018....The US has four years to practice an improve.

Brazil vs Germany and Argentina vs Netherlands for the semi-finals... I hope it ends up being Brazil vs Argentina.
Well it looks like I made a bad call going with Brazil lol...Germany spanked that butt 7-1 leaving a bitter taste in Brazil's mouth. I just hope Argentina does a better job than Brazil did today...but we shall see Wednesday afternoon.
Argentina won't lose like that but I don't think they will be able to beat Holland. Messi is amazing but he has carried his team.
I agree with you Gundam but you never know the rest of the team might just wake up and realize that he can't do it all by himself.
I was hoping it would come down to the Western hemisphere lol...but now if Argentina doesn't win it will be and Eastern hemisphere game, but East vs West would be cool.
As far as team skill I think Holland vs Germany would be an awesome match but I am still going to pull for Argentina.

Me too but I would have liked for them to at least one point on the scoreboard... the only reason why they advanced was because they actually had a higher score in the previous round during the quarter finals.
