If anyone cares to hear me out.... I thought it was pretty bull**** how when we had a clan match today XGC Dirt Girl decides to boot me when we had to many players. Nothing was said to me or anything i was just kicked out of the room. When I came back and asked why no one said anything so again there was a discussion someone needed to quit and again I was kicked out> Ya i might still have been a recruit but I dont think i needed to be treated like that. Whatever though You all have your clicks and I guess I just wasn't in it

No one should have removed you, especially without asking. Sounds like a problem that requires the use of the ranking structure. Maybe someone closer to the problem could shed some light on this.

just because you are a recruit is no reason to be booted from a room. It only takes a second to ask ya to leave the room for what ever reason. I want you to know this is not a normal thing that happens.

can i ask you your age slasher?

Yes, at the very least a warning of getting booted from a party is cool.
We have this problem from time to time. That was very disrespectful and not the XG way.
I hope you can try to give XGC another chance, and in the future before leaving try to talk to someone. we don't think of it as whining. Someone needs to hear about the problems so we can try our best to fix them.

ok well if you had read the honor code you would know that what they had done to you was completely wrong. But you left the clan and now you are not welcome back. There are very many ways of handling situations of that sort. first thing is that i am always looking for good ppl in 1st strike but there is nothing i can do now unless i talk to a division leader for you that is if you want me to. I have no problem taking you in 1st strike. just remember that if you are allowed back into xgc then you need to know the honor code and rank structure so that you will know about not quiting next time. if you dont like the ppl in your clan or just want to transfer you are always welcome to but when you quit its a whole different story. just send me a message if you want me to talk to someone about this problem and i will get it done for you. Any recruit that leaves xgc and then posts why on the website has very good potential in the future for them. This is the only reason i have looked into this and decided to help you out.

Are recruits susceptible to the not welcome back part of the code? I mean, it's the trial phase, he probably wasn't properly introduced to certain aspects of the clan and how things are run. Sounds like someone needs a second chance and to be properly caught up on how XG is run and how to handle situations.

Guys, don't forget you've only heard one side of this story. There could be a lot more to this situation.

I see where the others are comming from, but he wasn't treated right (his side of the story, still haven't gotten anyone from the otherside to address the issue) and he may not have been properly informed on how things should be.

Like mega said this is one side of the story.

As a recruit you are not actually in XG as your are just in the trial stage before the captains decide that you are a worthy person to be accepting into XG. Now that does not mean that anyone in XG should treat you like you said they treated you.

Now you did leave which you should not have done but once again a recruit can leave and come back but it is best that there is a time period in between, like say 2-3 weeks. I want you to send a FR to my GT: XxSnowyxX and come talk to me about this for I would be willing to help you in anyway I can.

Thanks

I sent him a FR also to see about getting this resolved, I hate seeing people get pushed away or leave with a bad taste for us.

As this is only one side of the story, I would like to see the accused or any members of the clan he left to step forward and bring some more light in on this issue so that it may be dealt with.

New recruits are allowed to leave and come back if they want to, they are not actually members yet and do not fall under that rule yet. For example, if a new recruit joins one squad but is always playing with another and swtiches over to that one instead, that's fine. They don't need the ok from anyone. If they are the rank of private or higher, then that's another story, but new recruits don't fall under that rule. We just went over this a week ago in a leadership class with XGC VIPER XI.

Oh and yea it is one side of the story but I never saw an explanation from any blackwidow players. Im sorry i left but I was just so mad in the heat of the moment theres no really turning back from that. cause when i was introduced into the clan i saw it as very professional and for something minor yet aggravating to happen kinda sucked.
