Wow!!! some of you complained about drama. Thats bull becuase this is not drama it is opinions about a certaint matter or subject. it is only drama if you turn it into drama. THIS IS WHAT THREADS IN THE FORUM ARE FOR. THEY ARE NOT DONE FOR JUST FAIRY TALE STORIES AND ONE PERSONS VIEW ON A SUBJECT. I created this thread to get the opinions of others on this subject and that is exactly what I'm getting. I think the ones that say its drama would like it to be drama so they have something to gossip about in thier custum game named gossip session. SO IF I CAN'T ASK FOR OPINIONS OR STATE OPINIONS THEN WHAT IS THE POINT IN THESE F#$%ing forums. Escpecially when a civilized conversation apparently gets turned into DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
u see this is wat i was saying. A SL has been in XG longer and have more expeirence then most of us that are arguing! So If u actually want this question answered the rite thing to do is ask a Section Leader or a Division Leader and im sure they would be more then happy to answer it. No need for this big argument!
I don't think that when the honor code clearly states "If anyone leaves KoG, they are not allowed back in XG", it is to be considered a "finer point". It is plain as day and very clear.
We need to submit to our authority(ies) when it comes to this matter. If an XL/division leader/council member says they can come back, we don't need to question that decision, no matter what the reason was.
As a lieutenant, I have responsibilities to my squad and to my clan. However, I would hate if some recruit came to me saying "why didn't you do it this way" or "why'd that person get back in to XG". A recruit hasn't worked hard to get to the position that I have. I have been trusted with the resposibilities I have because I have worked my tail off to get where I am.
Here's the bottom line, we all have positions and responsibilities. My responsibilities do not include, Thank God, determining whether or not to let someone back in XG. NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON, we have no right to question our authority in matters that we have no control over. Let's let them do their job, and worry about doing our jobs. When we become section leaders, that will be our time to make those decisions. Until then, we need to stick by their decisions, whether right or wrong, and let the beurocracy work itself out.
Chris you are exactly right wether they make the descision right or wrong as it seems. They chose wether to let that person in because they have been through this stuff before. They know what they are doing. They don't need other people downing them from a descision they thought would best fit XG.
