UPCOMING NEW GAMES
As many of you may know, there will be new games dropping within the upcoming year. Please make sure you as leaders are talking to your members to ensure that they are not going to be left behind. If you feel that your members would fit better in another clan that plays the same game as they do, please find them a clan that they would be best suited in. If the member is wishing to remain in the clan, come to a reasonable solution and adapt. We don't want to push our members out because new games are dropping and some can't purchase the game instantly or some refusing to get the new games.

REMOVAL REQUESTS
When doing removal requests, please make sure that removal request reasons should be a brief message stating why they are being removed. If the member is to return and puts in a GWG, it'll help the researchers expedite the process more clearly. Putting down that the member LEFT is impeding the process of the GWG
Also, if you are putting in a mass removal request where the reason for removal is the same, please....please put them on one ticket. It isn't necessary to have multiple removal requests from one clan with all members listed as inactive. If you see that the removal request you put in earlier in the day has not been processed yet, go and edit the request then go from there.

LEADERSHIP PROMOTION

As a reminder recycle leadership is frowned upon, we should be making sure we are training and having proper leadership ready. When looking to promote keep in mind you are looking for your replacement and your potential growth in the community. With that being said no position needs to be filled right away, take the time to ensure they are the right fit.

Fall clean up-

As we are heading into the fall season it's that time of year where new games are coming out and alot of transfers happen due to clans changing games. Xs should be working with there Generals to clean up usergroups as well as putting in update clan request to change clans primary games.


Event team-

The Events team would like to know any games our members want to play in a Event., & remind our members All Events are added to the Calendar. all suggestions can be submitted to Event team personnel via discord or on the website.

XGC Tournaments

XiledGaming.com now has Tournament functionality, with a complimentary Clubs (squads/teams) feature, that we'll be using for our competition events for the foreseeable future. As of now, we're planning on hosting a larger, community-wide tournament every quarter or so (more info to come later). In the intervening time, however, the admin capabilities can and may be made available to anyone interested in running their own tournament or similar event, whether it be for the whole community or just your clan/section/division. Tournament pitches, questions about the Tournaments/Clubs, or technical issues you encounter should be directed to XGC Traitor XC.

KoG SiC XD will be hosting an Intro to Generals Class on 10/23/21 @9pm eastern time.
It is open to any member holding the current rank of General in all divisions within XG.


This class will be held in an XBOX Party Chat or Discord,, with only 10 spots available. Members will be invited according to the order in which they sign-up.
Remember, only sign-up if you are able to make it! If you have signed-up, and are unable to make it last minute, please send a message so the spot can be filled in a timely manner.

Note #1 The class should take approximately 2 hours
Note #2 This class is required for promotion but DOES NOT guarantee one

Generals-

Let's grow the community together-

On the subject of new games, it is the perfect time to recruit new members and bring new life into your divisions and clans. New games will have multiple new players that don't know what a gaming community brings or can do for them. You should be taking this time to leave open spots in squads or being in-game chat instead of party chat to pick people up and see if they are perfect for your clan or community as a whole. If you think they are good for the community and not your clan you should use your peers to get them in another clan somewhere else in the community.

No Man Left Behind

Generals need to make sure that not only themselves but captains are gaming with all members and meeting with members weekly to make sure all members are up to date with news and don't feel left out. If a member can't make meetings or games with other members due to the times they play then you should see if there is another clan they could transfer to that plays the same time they are on.

Fall Clean-Up-

As the year is coming to an end we would like to end and begin on a positive note by ensuring that our forums are cleaned up. Now is the time to get started on insuring your list, as well as captains, match the user group and all removals are done.

New games bring change

Generals with new games coming out change will follow. If you are changing to any of these games or adding a new game to your clan Please let your XS know to ensure your clan is up to date.
