well said, back when i was in vengeance we had inner competition that led to arguements. Vengeance was going to have an elite squad but we couldn't decide who would be the captain and it turned into fights so we decided not to make it!

well this is my point...we need good leaders with a clear view of direction, when this happens, we will be able to operate positively, and of course their are arguments, theirs always arguments in competition, but good leaders will show others the way to deal with these sitiuations in the correct way...ghost...

just because we have arguments isnt necessarily a bad thing .... because it shows people are passionate for success and are passionate to see our clan do well !! there will always be arguments in competition but that is normal no matter how you look at it ..... a bit of healthy competition between clans ran by mature leaders means there would be healthy competition which would be great fun ! The leaders will show people what to do in these situations and how to act accordingly when dealing with it aswell

as for the elite squads well i can see why tht leads to fights. picking people in that squad will be more likely to be favourites in the clan and overshadow other members and they will become upset , feel left out and therefore be all round unhappy .
