In Xiled Gaming no one has there own clan. Each and every member in XG is part of every squad, we only break it up for organizational purposes and because we cannot fit everyone in the same clan. With this said i want everyone to know that we are here for one another every, dicision you make in XG should be a decision that will affect all of XG in a positive way. There is no such thing as competion amongst clans. We are here to help if we want to continue to succeed and grow we must all work together. Clans are not in a race with eachother. If you come across a squad that needs help either give them some help or find someone that can. Do not turn your back on them no matter what division or section they are in. The clan isolation has to stop we should be worry about the whole community not just ourselves and specific squads. Now for those of you who read this thread and think " well this is not my problem because i dont do this" well guess what it is. If one clan or member in XG has a problem it is all of our problems. Dont be part of the problem be a part of the solution.

so finaly..some1 with real leadership and direction skills..lol...also not to complicate things..but their is a reason i quoted you on these words...i mean i like ur angle but this quote just isnt true.....in sucessful business's and army's all over the world..they have healthy competition within the group...and if we have good leaders..we will be able to do this and aspire for more...the trick is to make sure the 'healthy competition' doesnt turn into 'unhealthy competition'..its a matter of good leaders with a clear view of direction for the recuits they are responsible for..its also a matter of our leaders making sure we operate in a positive way, and to cut negitivity before it begins to grow...this is the message i would like more of our leaders to be passing on...ghost dog86..(capt - gold squad, in syn choas)
