In the weekly updates they have

"Leadership tips"
"Squad Lists"
"Ban List"
"Promotions"
and much more
Go to my links, find edit options and click on that
Click then on the drop down, find Edit Options
Then after you click on that, on the left side you will see a menu...on the bottom side of the menu you will see "Missacelnnious" under that click on group memberships
Now you will see groups that you can sign up for..Sign up for weekly updates
WHY? becuase your a general and your under "whatever section leader" and need to access the weekly updates ETC.
