The cowboy on the horse part is fine but the lights and the dust im not so sure about. Will you be okay with just the cowboy on the horse?

It all depends on what images are available really. If youd like to provide one that youd be happy with (as long as its a decent quality image) then we will use that. If not then well try our best to match what you want.

That is fine.. the issue now is that I cannot find any images to work with as far as what youre asking. Im sorry this has been such a hassle but we can only work with whats already available and if its not well then we have an issue, lol.
