This is XGC Alpha Wolf, new general of XGC Ignition in OmniWave's section. I just wanted to introduce myself and ask for a few pointers, like accessing the DNR. Also, do generals get permission to edit the squad list? Any other advise is welcome.

As far as accessing the banlist goes - it's in a Generals-only section of the forums (Weekly Update Section) that you have to apply to join or something like that. There's a nice FAQ somewhere around here that can give you a little walkthrough on how to join it.
Generals can't edit squadlists once they've been confirmed by a moderator, even if the General posted them in the first place. They made it that way so that if a General decided to hit his clan he wouldn't be able to erase the squadlist as well.
