Message: <blockquote data-quote="XGC REDNECK XI" data-source="post: 32942" data-attributes="member: 7996">I wanted to throw an idea the councils way.  Ive been noticing that alot of lower ranks in our community that break the honor code claim that they were never fully explained the honor code and are unaware of how Xiled Gaming members conduct themselves.  And also say they were recruited directy after they met a member of XG.  I have also found myself in partys with various clan captains while a member is being recruited and had to correct some of the things they were informing the recruit of.  Ive noticed how much XGC Plunkett XS's captains class's have had an impact on our members.  And how informant and reminding they've been on whats expected of captains.  I think that holding a "recruiting class's" would be just as effective in going into great detail and all the steps you should take while getting to know and recruiting a gamer, and where in XG would best bennifits us and themselves.  Now that us generals are all set to one clan, I feel there is more i should be contributing to XG. My clan is at 100 members and is run smoothly by the captains and myself.  So I would have plenty of time to set up and do these class's.  If yourself and the rest of the council think this is a good idea or are intrested in knowing more details about my idea please let me know.  Thanks</blockquote>
