SYN Blackmass always showed his leadership skills from the very start but to begin with was very skeptical about going up the ranks as he was unsure if he could do it, but after the correct training and guidance he has excelled in all of the ranks he has held and i have every bit of confidence in him that he will excel in the generals role too.
