I'm not sure how often you've seen an idea like this, so I'm certainly not going to call it origonal. I've seen a few people thrown off the idea of XG because the hours are completely unmanagable for them. I'm a Captain in KoG Olympus, and I have a member who lives in Australia. Our 7:30 p.m. (EST) meetings is at some un-Godly hour for him. It's not like having a member in California where its at 4 instead of 7.

There are clans that have a lot of members that would be overseas and they work well together. My suggest would be to search out those clans and try to get that member into one of those clans.
