plus not to mention disrespectful... come on now just be kind,courtious, and just don't try to step on anyones toes. thats the rules i go by and so far it's worked here and with the ladies (they really seem to like it for some reason lol)

yea you can do the sigs for whomever you want... im not even part of the graphics team, but i still do sigs for people who want them. as for the "ladies are fat and play video games" that was really uncalled for thats actually major disrespect.
Relax Itz. If people want to make use of your services, they'll let you know. Just leave the offer on the table and leave it at that. If someone wants your sig more than another, I Know the XCG fellas won't take it personal, it's all just a matter of taste.

Yeah I'm not saying that, exactly at least, a while ago XG RED XL was going to make a sig for someone, and I undercutted him and made the dude a sig, XG RED XL pulled me aside and talked to me about it, calmy and respectfully, saying that don't undercut someone and make a sig after they already said they would make them one, some of the designers spend long hours working on the sigs and can get pissed off that someone took their job while they had said they'd do it, I'm not saying that you shouldn't make sigs, but if i already offer to make someone a sig, and i do it? then you probly shouldnt go off and make them one yourself, if they want another one, they will ask, and if you send em a pm saying youll make them another sig, do it more custom and figure more of their needs in private.
