Also the everyone need to spend a good chunk of their game time playing with their other clan members and get to know everybody.  THis will improve people exitement and pride at being in the clan and will increase activity which would increase the overall quality of the clan.  Another important thing to urge your clan members to at least visit the site so they can memorize the honor code and rank structure. Ive been in so many situations when privates dont know the honor code and they have recruits and it makes it look like knowing the honor code is not important.</p></blockquote><p></p>
