We have a lot of new games out and some of our clans are getting oriented towards a certain game. We are not a one game clan, never have been and never will be. With that being said some clans get comfortable with holding meetings and practicing on one game. This is healthy for some clans. From the rank of Lieutenant and up part of the responsibilities that we all agree to is :

Ensure no member is left behind.

If you have members that you feel are being left behind or are on another game that most of the clan is not gaming on set up a time and talk with them. If they feel the same way you will need to find them a clan that they can be transferred to so they can continue their enjoyable gaming experience with XG.

We would like all Generals to post in here what their clans are gaming on. You will be able to use this in the future to find a place for those that may be getting left behind.

Games: With MW3 and all of it's issues, we are now a Netflix clan. On a serious note, were almost exclusively a Black Ops HC CTF clan with XTREME (split three weeks ago), so obviously the new game is causing some issues. Most are still playing MW3, some are falling back to Black Ops occasionally. Some mix in a little GoW, Skyrim and BF3.
