Hello All,

I'm a new General for XGC Wolfpack XK, this'll be my first time being this rank, though i've had the...pleasure...off running two different clans from the rank of Captain.

a bit about myself: been a member of XG since 2011, a member of XDC since 2012.

I was recruited into XGC Hellfire XK, reached the rank of SGT. Split off from hellfire into XGC Torment XK in order to do a rebuild. Climbed all the way to Captain. Due to an unfortunate event, my XS breaking off and making his own community, Torment lost 90% of it's members. I became the acting General of about 14 guys. After several months, we merged with XGC Wolfpack XK, another revival.

So here I am!


any tips or lessons for a new General? I know the leadership part, but the formalities may be another story.

a couple of things i recommend to ya are making sure you actively listen to your captains and clan members, XS, everyone around you. And always follow up on an issue you have taken care of for someone. Make sure you know who to involve and who doesn't need to be involved with issues and problems. I have noticed a few times that if you involve the wrong person even if it is just a little thing to take care of, something can be misunderstood or become a very hostile talking situation.
I got lots and lots of tips for ya but these are some more important ones I have learned to do. Hope this helps a bit.
