Honestly it's all about finding players who you know would be great additions to XG as a whole. It takes a good deal of time but is well worth it IMO.
Not sure how long you have been a General but if you ever have any questions never hesitate to ask. Use PM's on the site, Yahoo Instant Messenger, or whatever other means you have at your disposal to ask questions.
