so the clans that do not have generals listed, does that mean they aren't a clan anymore, they have no general or they have an inactive general, cuz it seems odd that a general that cared wouldnt want to be on here.

Are you reffering to someone impiticullar? The list is in need of updates constantly. If someone gets promoted I will update it every week as far as the new promotion which info I will get from the weekly updates. If a general is booted or leaves or steps down that is when I need either another general or section leader or captain to post a submission stateing something to that affect. If you have any further questions or comments please ask.
