LEADERSHIP IN XG TRANSLATES IN THE REAL WORLD!!!

I think they can somewhat coincide. I know alot of the upper leadership in XG either run their own business or manage a business. So leadership is displayed in the "real world" in some cases.
One main characteristic of a leader is responsibility. This is something you use for the rest of your life.
I fall under this group of XG leaders (I have a boating supply store and marina/rack & launch). I've met quite a few other members who fall under this group too. Sometimes (like this time of year for me) it's hard to find time for both XG and your bussiness (I'm good now it's just been a crazy month).
The ranking applies all over you have bosses that run things. Even with my line of work at the fd i have a cheif and such
