XGC Tommygun XD is in charge of the Captains usergroup..i have had a request to in to join that user group for over 2 weeks,
i have received a question from tommygun as to who recruited me to captain ( i think he meant promoted me to captain) and anyways, i would like to know what i need to do to get accepted into the usergroup
