Coincidence!!!
Alright guys. I recently posted and talked to you guys about how I was going to be cracking down on you generals in order to make sure that our division grows. Well tonight, I met with some council and some division leaders and they felt the same way. Alot of changes may happen, so I ask that you guys help me out as much as possible!
First off, there is no more member status. They dont have it in XGC, nor KoG, and now we wont here either. People are not being recruited the right way. And thats where it all starts. So from now on, everyone is peon, except for captains who have staff, then generals and higher ranks. When someone is recruited, they need to be all steel for a week. This shows the clan that they are new and to help them out anyway possible. At the end of the week, captains and generals, will discuss wether or not this recruit would be a good addition to our family.
When brought into the clan, they need to register on the site, then read and UNDERSTAND the honor code and rank structure. I say this because some council and DL's have been coming into Syn clans, and there are people in the clans who dont know who I am, who they are, know any ranks, and have NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THE SITE! Thats ridiculous. They also need to know that XL (Xiled Leader) Is at the end of all SL's and DL's gamer tags. And XI, at the end of all the council's tags (11, because one day there will be 11).
Some dont even know that Syn is part of XG along with KoG and XGC. So to help this cause out, XGC Thing XL (the division leader) will be coming over to help us out. There will also be a number of other leaders in and out helping out.
Syn finally started to grow good mainly because we got some good leaders established, and they helped. Now were just starting to grow to fast and not getting the leaders established, and because of it, we get guys who dont know anything, our clans get hit, and it just hurts us in the long run. So now myself, along with Thing will be working hard with the generals to make sure they know what theyre doing. In turn they will be working with captains to make sure they are right for the job. And so on, and so on. So if you get demoted, dont cry, accept it, then work hard, and show us we were wrong and we'd be happy to put you back. Also, dont expect to many clan splits or promotions for a while, we are using this time to make sure we've got good leaders over here. Ill be talking to a couple of you to help us out also.
Other then that we will be talking to everyone on Sunday. It may be earlier or later. Mainly because it wont be a small 30 min one like usual. Thing wants to get you all on his friends list and start getting to know you. Ill post the time as soon as we find out when it is. It may be this sunday, maybe not. We both have to make sure we have it off.
So those of you who are doing good, keep it up. Those of you who arent, either step it up real quick, or be prepared to go down to captain or sergeant untill you are.
Once again, we are all one big family here, and we need to watch each others back. So generals, pass this on to other generals. Or have them read it if they can. Thanks guys, lets get this ball rollin' in the right direction now!
