I want to start a ban list and update it 1-2 times per week. I will need all generals to give me tags that are banned from long time ago to present. I will only do this if I get a good response from this post.

We already have a do not recruit list.
Your generals and higher have access to it and if they are doing things properly they are checking it before anyone gets voted in as private. This is just one reason there is a 7 to 10 day recruiting period.
If you are a general and you do not have access to it, you need to go to the FAQ section of the website and follow the directions for the Weekly Updates group. If you need other help seek out one of your section leaders and if that fails, send me a PM and I will help you.
