my 360 broke 2 weeks ago & all i been playing is my wii. they called me up & they just received it today, anyone know how long it takes? I MISS IT

I've had to send my box in twice already. Hasn't taken anymore than 3 weeks from the day I sent it out.
Yep MS got mine back in under 3 weeks. The last time as soon as they got mine they shipped a replacement box. So I had a short (10 day waiting time) turn-around on it.my 360 broke 2 weeks ago & all i been playing is my wii. they called me up & they just received it today, anyone know how long it takes? I MISS IT

If you really want it back quickly you can call up their customer service line and tell them youve been waiting and waiting, you can play off the customer service role big time and you can even ask for one of their supervisors. i did that when my 360 died on me after waiting over 3 weeks and they sent it out, and 2 days later i received my refurbished 360.
