i found these thumb sticks and d pad looking around on the web they are called modsticks they are made of aluminum and come in a kit with every thing you need to put them on your favorit controller it takes like 10min to put them in. ive been playing with them for like a week and I like them so far the one thing i did't like is thay do cost 29.99 but i like them check them out at

fps freek is around $10 if i remember. cheaper and it helps with accuracy of first person player shooting. never used one before though
