I was searching for a good clan after being a leader at a little clan which didnt really take off, and the Leader of Leaders wasnt really trying as good as he could with recruitment etc, so i left, and looked on for another clan.
I had a rather long recruitment speech which showed great organisation etc, which was a +. Then later on my recruiter was very helpful in finding me a clan and referring me to others to try find a suitable clan, which was again another +. After a few encounters i finally made myself at home, and are loving it; another +.
So after all it scored an A+++.
