Now you all know the honor code and could probably say it while doing the walk
it out dance but it is important to let the imcoming recruits to no the whole thing. From top to bottom. I see recruits t-bagging and trash talking and even going into modded games! I ask them if the have accepted the honor code and my common response is "what is the honor code?" and its pitifully. And it makes KoG look like a disrespecting t-bagging society. We Need to change this before it gets bad!
Secondly, follow the chain of command. I dont have to say much about this because it is improving. But i still see many people going straight to a XL when they could go to their general or another captain. We sholdnt be asking questions to KoG Deadman XL if KoG Drifter could answer it! I mean its a waste of time and quite frankly if i were deadman i would be pretty pissed off if a captain was complaining to me!
Lastly I would like to talk Splitting clans. Now I myself like to have a big clan so i rarely split! Mabey another general is confortable with rellatively small clan. but that does not mean you have to split. You have to solutions. Give recruits awayy. That way u are helping other clans that are weak and giving them active members. Or you could just put ur clan on lock down wen u get to 70 members. That way ur clan doesnt get too big.
