I'm piloting a program that might help revolutionize the way we prepare our members for moving up in the rank structure. I have put together an eLearning tutorial called "Recruiting 101". This is only a pilot for a much bigger scope, but the idea is simple. The eLearning provides an interactive way to learn about the recruiting process. This tutorial is pretty bare and dry but like I said, this is a pilot. If your clans like the concept, I'm going to put more time into constructing a more in depth and engaging tutorial (probably a revamped version of the recruiting tutorial). From there, I can begin making tutorials for different aspects and responsibilities within the clans. My goal is that one day clans will use these eLearnings routinely when preparing their members for the next level.
