Sometime when people acquire a certain rank they were working towards and once they get it they look around and than think to themselves what is there left for me now. Those are the kinds of people who are in XG to rank up because they enjoy to rank up instead of being apart of XG for the members and having the chance to meet great people very day. Like look at some of generals here in this thread I have seen them around for quite some time and they cont to work towards making their squads and XG a much better place. that this what makes a XG leader. and you look at Lt's who get promoted to Cpt and Cpts who get promoted to General leave in 30 days because they feel there is nothing left for them in XG.</blockquote>
