very cool silvia, im working on splitting my squad, i had 2 squads then the captain and half tht squad left so after a day woth 2 im left with one
its hard to rebuild a Clan trust me, i did it with Rapture, i had 35 people after a split, and 7 were "active" and most didn't want to be in SYN and left. But Now i have a strong 45 or so and at the moment i am waiting for some leadership to move up through the ranks. Rebuilding is tough when its just you doing the work trust me.
i know what you guys mean i got this clan and i have like two other active members at the moment its rough but you just cant give up as long as you keep trying it will eventually be ok
Rebuilding is tough i wish i could help you Illusion but i can't afford to spread my leadership to thin at the moment.
ya i need to do some major rebuilding, im doing good rite now but not as good as i want us to be doing, weve had one squad since augest, we get some, we lose some, maka the world go round
if you guys need any help look me up I have to rebuild my clan from basically 10 members when I took over now we are 50 strong and doing pretty well so I know what you guys are going through and it sucks but it does get better
