I treat everybody in my squads with respect at all times and have always done that since starting my career in XGC! You can ask anybody in xgc that if you treat people with respect it will reap you benefits!

I agree, you should not belittle anyone in XG from Recruit to Counsil Member.

It's easier said than done. Just remember that being a member in XG is not a right by any means. Being calm during decision making, whether it is what you say to a Captain, or dealing with a larger issue, helps you remain clear and on the right path to making the right decision.
