As a former member of the U.S. Army, i have several fond memories of the time i spent in the service of this great country of ours. My personal favorite was my graduation from the Army Military Intelligence school in Fort Huachuca, AZ. I am curious to know what other both current and veteran sevice members fondest memories are and where were you stationed at when you had them.

Is there really a fondest memory over all the crappy ones, lol. I suppose the best memories were arriving home safe and in one piece from all the deployments.

Best memory was being on station in a submarine off the coast of country "x" in 100 feet of water waiting....Nothing beats that feeling!

The first time I got to use C4 was absolutely awesome an adrenaline rush that never seems to pass after each time I use it.

agreed, outside of that id have to say hittin Australia and meeting this awesome asian girl with an australian accent. Due to the MODS trying to keep this all PG and whatnot, thats all imma say . Oh, and firing a javelin for the first time.

we were in a fox hole at fort eustis and our instructor was explaining how to use the grtenade. and he through one....... boom he through the second...... boom the third he rares back and drops it in the fox hole. in less than a second we were out of that hole..... it was a dud.... he said " i aint ever seen you *****es run that fast"!
