for elite premium, if you dont get hardened you will have to pay 49.99 extra if you want that service, a free version will be on every disc.

it's just in the new game-type called "Kill Confirmed" I believe it to be similar to Halo's skull games where you the person with the must skulls wins. But I am not sure...
