oh man i am sooooo jealous, any kind of wild animal jerky is awesome. I have never had elk jerky, but i have had deer jerky!!!

For one weekend every month Tulsa hosts a gunshow in the expo square, they had a booth inside filled with exotic meats jerky-My favorite is alligator, but elk-buffalo-and bear are also scrumptious!

I'd call bobby flay, that dude is a grill god. I could give him some roadkill possum and he'd somehow manage to turn it into a 5star dish.
