First of all, posting in the Help Desk in the "Request Upload Banners" forum is the wrong area to be discussing this. I have moved this thread to the "Xiled Gaming Leaders" forum.
You're currently in XGC Force Recon which is a Xbox One clan. There is a process that must be followed if you want to transfer. You need to contact your General and or Section Leader to get the transfer process started. Your General is "XGC Coop" and your Section Leader is "XGC BE BAD XS".
