There are 3 main categories I focus on when being a leader in XG, here are they are: Entertaining, Moderating, and Training. Balancing are three equally will take you from good to great. As, I have risen threw the ranks I have figured out that doing these 3 things effectively can make you a very good leader in XG.

Each rank has responciblities that fall into my three categories, i will attempt to break down some efficent ways to help you organize and understand how to do your best. While each rank has diffrent responicblities each rank has all the responcibilities of the ones befor it. Once you mastered being a Captain and get promoted you will be a rookie General, once you mastered being a General and get promoted you will be a rookie Section Leader, and so on.
